Workplace change is not a spectator sport.

Maybe there was a time when you could just stand on the sidelines and watch the changes around you, waiting to see if you like them. Not anymore! If each of us in this new, lean, mean, high-tech, performance-driven world of work is going to get out of bed every day to go someplace where we get to do “more with less” on a regular basis, we are not going to sit by and tolerate co-workers who want to be spectators.

We just won’t allow it.

Whether change suits us or not, we must come to grips with its impact on our lives. It’s here, for better or for worse, and the sooner we embrace it and deal with it, the sooner we will get reconnected to and prosper in a very different workplace.

Take great care of yourself – and your career!
